Returns & Refunds Policy
Armaplate UK Ltd are keen to provide a customer-friendly Returns Policy relating to
online purchases (Distance Selling). The rules of our policy do not alter your statutory
consumer rights. We provide the following information to make the returns process
simple and easy to follow…

Cooling off period: Customers have 14 days to cancel an order and request a
refund.
•
A Return Request must be initiated by contacting the sales department by
emailing sales@armaplate.com or by phoning 01204 468 295.

Return period: Customers have an additional 14 days to return the item after
requesting a cancellation.
•
Return shipping: If the item is being returned due to a fault or manufacturing
defect, Armaplate will reimburse postage costs.
If the item is being returned because the buyer has simply changed their mind
or because they purchased in error, then the buyer must pay for the return postage.
Returned items must be in the original packing, undamaged and unused!

Refund time: Armaplate will refund the customer within 14 days of receiving the
returned item in undamaged and unused condition.

Refund method: The business may offer a refund via cash, credit card or
bank transfer.

Applicable law

If you are a business, these terms of use, its subject matter and its formation (and any non-contractual
disputes or claims) are governed by English law. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of
England and Wales.
*LIFETIME GUARANTEES
Some of our products are advertised with a “LifeTime
Guarantee”. Conditions apply. Any “LifeTime Guarantee” refers to the lifetime of
ownership of the vehicle to which the product was originally fitted to. Any “LifeTime
Guarantee” must be registered within the first SEVEN DAYS of purchase (invoice
date).
If you believe that the products may be installed much later than the purchase
date, your should still complete the registration process within the 7 days specified.
Products must be installed by an Armaplate approved fitter. “LifeTime Guarantee”
registration MUST include a copy of the purchase invoice and the registration
number of the vehicle which the product will be used with.
If the product is to be used with mulitple vehicles, then only one vehicle can be registered
and the guarantee will become void when the registered vehicle has been sold, stolen, lost
or otherwise rendered unavailable. Register your product by contacting
sales@armaplate.com and include the following information…
1.Your Name & Address
2.Contact Telephone Number
3.Your Vehicle Make & Model
4.Your Vehicle Registration Mark
5.Product Purchased
5a. KEY NUMBER (if keys are supplied)
6.Where you purchased the product
7.Attach a copy of your purchase invoice (must be within the time restraints
mentioned above)
NOTE : We do not accept Telephone Registrations.
In the event of a Claim, a dated Crime Reference Number relating to
the theft-attack must be provided. We reserve the right to request
photographic evidence of the theft-attack and may ask to see the vehicle V5C. Claims must be made within
7 days of the actual crime.
Without all of the above conditions being met, the guarantee will be void - without
exceptions.
The “LifeTime Guarantee” refers solely to the supply of a replacement
product should it become damaged or stolen during a theft-attack and does not
include cover for any other losses, including damage to the vehicle, loss of the
vehicle, loss of vehicle components, loss of business, or any other perceived loss or
damage. The guarantee does not cover the cost of installing the replacement
Armaplate product. The cost of delivering replacement products must be borne by
the claimant. Armaplate UK Ltd reserve the right to request proof of ownership of the
registered vehicle at the time of any claims.
This guarantee does not impact your Statutory Rights.
